Our client, a prominent investment manager, is looking to hire a Compliance Associate to assist on generalist compliance responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Assist in maintaining the Code of Ethics compliance program including transaction monitoring, political contributions and other required certifications
- Assist in maintaining compliance procedures and practices
- Regulatory filings such as Form ADV and PF
- Maintenance on the expert network process
- Support members of the legal and / or compliance team on regulatory projects
- Provide due diligence reviews on key transactions
