Join our team as a Talent Acquisition Support Coordinator, where you will play a vital role in guiding new hires from their initial offer letter to their exciting first day at work. This position focuses on ensuring a smooth onboarding experience and facilitating seamless pre-employment activities, while providing exceptional support to new employees, HR staff, and other stakeholders.
Responsibilities :
- Oversee and facilitate various stages of the staffing workflow, managing multiple case files efficiently.
- Create and manage offer letters and handle the pre-employment phase within Taleo Recruiting and Onboarding modules.
- Oversee pre-employment screening processes, including the initiation of background checks and collaboration with HR and legal teams to address any concerns.
- Communicate and manage medical and drug screening results with relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure accurate new hire data entry in PeopleSoft and verify completion of payroll documentation.
- Maintain and update staffing resources on the SharePoint team site.
- Serve as a key point of contact for new hires, providing guidance and support while escalating issues to supervisors as necessary.
- Assist candidates with their documentation to ensure they are properly integrated into company systems.
- Monitor necessary clearances and support any relocation processes as needed.
- Identify and recommend improvements to processes, including adapting new Taleo Onboarding workflows to enhance efficiency.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support the HR team.
