Dansons is driving exciting and innovative products through our two main brands: Pit Boss and Louisiana Grills! We are one of the fastest-growing BBQ brands in the industry, with products and exclusive lineups in most major retailers. Bigger, hotter, and heavier, our innovative 8-in-1 grills provide world-class BBQ right in your own backyard. We are currently seeking Full-Time Customer Care team members in our corporate office located in Scottsdale.
In this role, you will be an expert in our different product lines! Customer Care Experts help troubleshoot and resolve our customers’ issues to get them back to grilling for their friends and family! Each issue is different, and we are looking for you to personalize your approach to handle each customer’s unique issue.
You will be challenged to quickly think and respond to customers who may have a variety of questions and circumstances. Applicants must be comfortable speaking on the phone for long periods of time and be able to communicate in a professional manner through e-mail and any other written means, as needed. We are looking for applicants with a great attitude and that are looking to create a World Class customer experience!

Pay: $18 per hour BONUS OPPORTUNITY
Opportunity for promotion and compensation increase after 120 days
Full Time / Monday – Saturday (Schedules Vary)
- We are open from 6 AM – 6 PM Monday - Saturday
- Possible shifts include 8 hour shifts 5 days a week, and 10 hour shifts 4 days a week

Responsibilities:
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries
- Communicating with customers through various channels
- Acknowledging and resolving customer concerns
- Knowing Dansons products inside and out so that you can answer questions and educate our customers about their grill
- Processing orders using our tools
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues daily
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the Customer Care process to help drive improvement
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support each day
- Have fun and be part of our award-winning team
Requirements:
- High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent
- One (1) year of customer CARE or call center experience providing information, responding, and resolving customer inquiries
- An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered to perform the essential duties listed successfully
- Ability to actively listen while typing, conversing with the customer, and navigating multiple computer programs
- Successfully complete our 2-week call center training program
- Dependable/reliable work habits, including meeting attendance/tardiness guidelines
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to stay cool under pressure
- Comfortable using computers and multitasking
- Experience delighting customers on the phone
- Flexibility to work any shift
- Some Holidays required to ensure customers are taken care of
- Working on Saturdays may be required
- Basic knowledge of pellets grills preferred, but not required
