We are seeking for a Desktop Support Technician in Cookeville, TN(Onsite)
The client is looking for a Desktop Support Technician who can provide comprehensive technical support and troubleshooting for desktop systems.

The client is looking for a Desktop Support Technician who can provide comprehensive technical support and troubleshooting for desktop systems.
Technical Skills
- Break/fix hardware and software support, including troubleshooting at the desktop for problem determination
- Perform preventative maintenance on all workstations
- Installing software on the client systems.
- Proficiency in Windows Operating Systems
- Coordinate with third-party vendors to resolve hardware problems, as required
- Install and test replacement parts
- Knowledge and Experience in the Configuration, Setup, and Support of RF Scanners
- Printing support Zebra Printers, and other Label printers.
- Desktop and Laptop support
- Basic troubleshooting support of LAN devices, servers, and networked printers.
- Basic understanding of network terminologies
- Solves day-to-day issues and performs root cause analysis of common/major problems
- Ability to coordinate with external third-party suppliers to provide level 2 and 3 support
- High integrity and customer focus
- Problem-solving/root-causing skills
