JD Edwards - ERP software under ownership by Oracle.

Critical application for Customer, 1000 users across the globe.

•       24/7 Support

•       Password Reset

•       Adding users and assigning Roles

•       Configuring menus and schedules

•       Deployment

•       Cache clear

•       Weekly maintenance

•       Monthly maintenance & Quarterly maintenance – Compliance checks and regular system upkeep

•       User ID

–      Application Specific user’s ids are created for accesses to JDE environments (Test, Stage, Prod)

–      Access management in prod is automated while lower environments require manual

             Troubleshooting and incident management

             Common incidents include users being unable to post entries or other application related issues.

             Redirecting application specific issues to the appropriate team
