Job Description:
The ideal candidate is a mechanical engineer with hands-on engineering experience , coding ability (Python & SQL) , and strong analytical/statistical skills . If they also have engine experience , that's a big plus.

Education & Experience Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- 2-4 years of engineering experience required (combination of internship experience and hands-on work experience).
- Desired: Formal analytical or statistical training is a plus. Engine experience.

TOP three technical skills
- Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Desire to code in computer languages used by the team , currently Python and, SQL
- Mechanical aptitude and vocabulary

(Desired)
- Engine experience
- Strong proficiency in statistical methods
- Applied statistical/analytical experience
