Role: SailPoint Architect
Location: - Dallas or Plano or San Antonio, TX – Day 1 Onsite
MUST HAVE SAILPOINT CERTIFICATION AND SHOULD BE AN ARCHITECT
Skills :
- Experience in identity management and security, with a focus on SailPoint products.
- Proven track record of architecting and implementing SailPoint solutions in complex environments.
- Strong knowledge of SailPoint IdentityNow, including configuration and customization.
- Ability to integrate SailPoint with enterprise applications and systems (e.g., Active Directory, LDAP, HR systems, cloud applications). Experience with design and implementation of SailPoint IGA solutions, ensuring they align with organizational security policies and industry standards.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for system architecture, processes, and procedures.
- Conduct training sessions for IT staff and business users on SailPoint functionalities and identity management practices.
Preferred:
- SailPoint Certification Requirement: SailPoint Certified IdentityNow Engineer/architect certification, demonstrating a high level of expertise and proficiency in the SailPoint IdentityNow platform.
- SailPoint System Administration Expertise: Three years of hands-on system administration experience with SailPoint, including the integration and configuration with Active Directory, AWS, Azure/Entra, Okta, etc. systems within an enterprise.
This experience is crucial for ensuring seamless identity management and security across the organization.

(2.) Meet all agreed-upon turnaround times for deliverables, deliverable reviews, or deliverable sign-off
(3.) Understands, articulates and implements best practices related to his area of expertise.
(4.) Provides guidance on how his area of capability can resolve an organizational need and actively participates in all phases of the solution life cycle. Design Solutions and best practices to meet clients objective.
(5.) Work with clients to identify business challenges and contribute to client deliverables by refining, analyzing, and structuring relevant data
