SAP Data Migration Lead

We are looking for an SAP Data Migration Lead for a fully remote position, with occasional travel (up to 20%).

Summary:

The client is looking for an experienced SAP Data Migration Lead to take charge of data migration efforts within an SAP project, with a strong focus on data conversion, data quality, and data governance. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience with SAP's data migration tools (such as LSMW, SAP BODS, and SAP SDI) and should be capable of mentoring a team while ensuring the successful transition of data between systems. This is a leadership position, requiring both technical expertise and strong project management skills to ensure that data migration activities are successfully executed.

Job Description:
"10 Years of experience Design and build SAP load programs using SAP standard load programs using SAP Data Migration Framework, LSMW, SAP BODS, SDI
" Troubleshoot extract, transform, and or load issues
" Conduct updates changes to transform logic based on requirements and mock results
" Mentor data conversion team members in the SAP data conversion tool suite
" Create and Manage data conversion cut over plan for project test/load cycles
" Gain understanding of the projects needs from SAP MDG, Data Quality and Data Conversion
