ServiceNow ITSM Consultant

We are seeking a ServiceNow Developer/Consultant with ITSM & Employee Center modules.

This position allows 100% Remote, who stays within the USA ONLY.

Note: Look for a ServiceNow-certified professional with strong ITSM and Employee Center experience

The client is seeking a ServiceNow Developer with a focus on ITSM (IT Service Management) and Employee Center modules. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, configuring, and enhancing ServiceNow solutions based on the client's functional requirements and release plan.

ServiceNow Certified Professional: A ServiceNow certified developer, ideally with experience in ITSM and Employee Center modules.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow workflows, web services, UI components, and custom configurations.
Experience: Hands-on experience in ITSM and integration with other systems via ServiceNow.
Collaborative: Must work effectively with project teams, product owners, and managers to meet development goals.

• Deliver ServiceNow development services based on the ServiceNow release plan, including all modules implemented by the client
• ServiceNow developer will be responsible to work over the ITSM module to implement based upon the designed functional requirement specification document.
• Conduct Technical Analysis on the ServiceNow applications and modules based upon the requirements given.
• Develop and modify ServiceNow workflows, forms, lists, business rules, UI components, web services, tables, and menus
• Code and configure interfaces between ServiceNow and other systems
• Work on the configuration and implementations requirements as assigned by Product Owner and/or PM.
• Once Configuration is completed on the required enhancements, technical resource will perform testing, as assigned.
• Follow development best practices.
• Optimize code for performance.

• Ensure knowledge transfer to designated support team, as directed by Project Manager.
• Engage actively on any open issues active participation in status and project meetings.
• Follow Software Development Life Cycle ( "SDLC ) as directed by Product owner.
