What are the responsibilities and job description for the Line Cook - AM position at Dantanna's?
Major responsibilities include:
-Prepare brunch, lunch and/or dinners
-Understand a la minute cooking
-Able to work in conjunction with an Executive Chef
-Review menus prior to preparation of food
-Assure that all food procedures are followed
-Coordinate food service with other departments as necessary
-Follow all sanitation guidelines
-Ability to quickly become familiar with new menu items/dishes
-High School diploma or equivalent
-Graduate of a culinary institute, military school or formal on-the-job training preferred
-Minimum of 3 years of food preparation experience required
-Experience with scratch cooking food preparation preferred
-Demonstrate cooking skills and ability to follow established menus and recipes
