About the Job:

Location of job site is in Nashville, TN 37204

• Clean lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, locker rooms, and other work areas.
• Position will also assist with pre-event and post-event cleanup.
• Will include working large stadium events.
• Follow proper guidelines in the use of all chemicals and cleaning equipment.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and attractive environment for guests and staff.
• Empty wastebaskets, empty and transport other trash and waste to disposal areas.
• Maintain floor cleanliness using brooms, mops, and powered scrubbing machines, as directed by DSS manager.
• Dust and polish furniture and equipment.
• Keep storage areas and carts well-stocked, clean, and tidy. Polish accessories and metalwork such as fixtures and fittings.
• Remove debris from concourses, sidewalks, and playing fields.
• Replenish supplies such as chemicals, paper goods, and bathroom items and keep the supervisor informed of need.
• Wash windows, walls, ceilings, partitions, and woodwork, waxing and polishing, as necessary.
• Report any maintenance issues that need attention * Pre-event, during event and post event.
• Move and arrange furniture in suites per client’s specs.
• Any items found return to DSS supervisor.
• Any other tasks assigned by supervisor or manager.

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old or older.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Strong communication skills and bilingual (Spanish) skills a plus.
• Previous experience in stadium or entertainment/event services preferred but not necessary.
• Must be able to stand/ walk for long periods of time.
• Must be able to climb stairs/ bend/ squat/ reach above the head frequently.
• Detail-oriented, consistent, and hard-working.
• Able to work in all outdoor weather conditions to include extreme heat, cold, snow and rain.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule, including but not limited to days, nights, mornings, weekends, and holidays.

Must be able to pass background check

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
