RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and execute outbound internet and phone campaigns
- Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales and service forecasts
- Manage and track all sales leads on site
- Ensure all leads are followed up with in a timely manner
- One man show, managing day-to-day business, developing appointment setting strategies
- Collect and analyze business metrics
- May provide training and ongoing support to any new business development representatives to help the team understand and achieve the dealership’s goals
- Work closely with have support of executives and managers
- Answer customer inquiries and calls
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have 3 years automotive sales experience
- Must have strong computer skills
- Strong communication, organization, time management, and basic math skills
- Team player with positive energy and an eagerness to improve
- Competitive and self-motivated attitude that thrives on goals
