Danvers Public Schools: Seeking Substitute Instructional Assistants
Danvers Public Schools is actively recruiting qualified individuals to join our pool of Substitute Instructional Assistants. This is an on-call position offering flexibility and the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of students.
What you'll do:
Provide in-class support to students, including individual assistance and working with small groups.
Assist teachers with classroom management and instructional activities.
Supervise students during recess, lunch, and other designated periods.
Ideal candidates will:
Possess a strong work ethic and a genuine interest in working with children.
Be patient, understanding, and able to adapt to diverse learning styles.
Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Be reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions.
Important Notes:
This is an on-call position with varying schedules.
All applicants must successfully pass a CORI and fingerprint background check as required by Massachusetts state law.
