The Assistant Food Service Manager is a part time position that provides support and leadership to the food service operations at DACC. The Assistant Manager's primary responsibility is to develop menus, recipes, and production procedures regarding the food produced and sold in the food service operation. They will also assist the manager in the day-to-day operation of the on-campus cafeteria, coffee shop, as well as on and off campus catering events.
