As a classroom Paraeducator at Danville Early Learning Center, you will play a crucial role in supporting the educational and developmental needs of young children.

- Assist in Classroom Activities

- Classroom should maintain the staff and student ratio at all times
- If cell phones are visible during class time, it is considered as time spent out of the room and not in adherence to the required staff to student ratio
- Ensure the safety and well-being of students during classroom activities, transitions, and outdoor play.
- Collaborate with support staff to address health and safety concerns promptly.
Communication:
- Maintain open and effective communication with teachers, parents, and other team members.
- Share observations and insights regarding student progress and challenges with the lead teacher.
