Responsibilities:
- Coaching and Player Development:
- Assist in planning and conducting practices, drills, and conditioning sessions
- Provide individual and team instruction on skills, strategy, and game fundamentals
- Encourage and mentor student-athletes to improve performance and teamwork
- Monitor athlete progress and support personal and athletic growth
- Practice & Event Support:
- Help manage team logistics, including equipment, schedules, and travel
- Support game-day coaching, lineup decisions, and in-game strategy
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all student-athletes
- Assist in organizing and maintaining facilities and equipment
- Mentorship and Leadership:
- Serve as a role model for student-athletes, emphasizing academic success and character development
- Foster a culture of discipline, dedication, and teamwork
- Communicate effectively with the Head Coach, players, parents, and school administration
- Communication:
- Communicate effectively with the Head Coach, athletes, parents, and school administration.
- Provide updates on practices, game schedules, and other important information.
