Responsibilities for bartenders / servers
- Prepare and serve a selection of wines, spirits, and mixed drinks from the menu while ensuring proper pouring, mixing, and blending according to established recipes and established by beverage director
- Building rapport with the guest with above and beyond service
- Check completed orders with the guest’s original order
- 1-3 years’ experience in a fine dining or casual fine dining high volume atmosphere
- Exceptional communication skills
- Experience working with Open Table & Toast POS systems preferred
- Ability to learn and retain information quickly
- Intellectual curiosity
- Ability to work clean, organized, and as part of a team
- Ability to multi-task
Skills/Qualifications:
Ideal candidate will have:
- Ideal candidate will have 2-3 years serving experience in upscale establishment, wine wine/beer/spirit knowledge is a must!
- Must be able to obtain any required food handing or alcohol serving certifications required by local or state agencies.
- Must be able to be on feet for entire shift and communicate with guests appropriately and effectively
- Above and beyond attitude is required as well as a flexible schedule with ability to work weekends/holidays and evenings
- All applicants must have the proper legal documents to work in the United States.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.50 - $17.50 per hour
Expected hours: 28 – 32 per week
