Danzer Veneer Americas is seeking a Sales Representative to cover the South America market. We are seeking an individual with a strong sales background that is bilingual and able to fluently speak English and Spanish. This position is an international traveling position that would require the ability to obtain a passport.
Schedule: Monday-Friday: 8am-4:30pm

Export Sales Representative
Danzer Veneer Americas Inc., a leading hardwood company, is looking for a Sales Trainee at Darlington, PA to serve the South America Markets. We are looking for a talented individual with a suitable background who wants to work in a dynamic, respectful and collaborative environment.
This candidate, when the Sales training is completed, will be responsible for marketing "Decorative Hardwood Surface Materials" into South America Markets by reporting directly to the Export Sales Manager.
The following are the broad skills we are seeking in the candidate for this position.
- Good people/sales/communication skills
- Self-motivated
- Working knowledge of operating computers and Microsoft Office Suite. Experience in using SAP ERP system is a plus.
- Require hands-on work, in addition to sales calls, to prepare products for shipment to customers.
- Good organizational skills
- Must have an associate degree. However, candidates with undergraduate degree will be given a preference, if all other skills being equal. Degree in Wood Products is preferred.
- Willing to travel to other countries.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with customers to maximize sales opportunities.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of products.
- Manage and grow assigned accounts through effective account management strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify new sales opportunities.
