Product Marketing Intern

DAP is hiring Product Marketing Intern for Summer 2025.

Responsibilities

• Label Master: Create a folder with all print outs / digital of all Foam primary and secondary pkg as a master file for easy reference 
• Master Application Matrix: Create a master application matrix for 1K and 2K foam.
• End User Database: Gather all the users thus far that we have had touch points and create a database for future contact. Also possibly create a list of foam insulation contractors in MD area for potential contact / resource 
• Demo Day Spray Display Pieces: 1) Example: putting together cross section/ physical displays of foam for demo days. 2) Also think up new ideas for demos.
• Comp Grids (sell sheets) Take existing / old "kill" sheets and update them with new data and visuals.
• Blue Card Ideation: Think up potential blue cards for Foam category innovation / along with pulling ideation stimulation images for when it comes time to create the PPT for the CREATE session.
• National Sales Meeting 2025: Assist all round (spoof video ideation, sample ordering, live demos, booth set up etc).
• Deep Dive HVAC: Analyze HVAC category: find white space (potential NPD/innovation areas), application matrix.
• New channel exploration: Find new ways to use foam (outside the box thinking) - Kit Ideas: Cross category kit ideas.
• Collaborative Intern Project: Across all Categories, Comprehensive look at all stages of a residential build and line up all DAP projects that are applicable at every stage Goal: create a master visual of where and when DAP projects can be used at each stage. May be opportunity to find white space. Could be used in Customer presentation.
  Alternate: Categorize DAP projects by Trade (drywaller, framer, flooring, fenestration contractors, plumbing, electrical etc) and line up all the DAP products that each trade will use. Again, would be a master file plus opportunity to find white space.

Requirements:

• Major: Business, Marketing, Communication.
• College classification (freshman, sophomore, junior or senior): Junior or Senior
• Confident collaborating & communicating with other marketers in different roles.
• Creative problem-solving skills 
• Self-starter with ability to work independently 
• Comfortable with multitasking in a deadline-driven environment 
• Applied understanding of basic marketing principles 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
• Data Analysis 
• Market Research 
• Project Coordination

Pay

• $17 / hour
