This is a remote role , but we prefer candidates located in the Bay Area for occasional in-person meetings and events.
About the Role :
As our Executive Assistant , you will be the right hand to the executive team, ensuring smooth operations, managing priorities, and keeping us on track as we scale. You'll handle everything from scheduling and communications to project management and special initiatives.
What You'll Do :
- Provide direct support to the CEO and executive team, managing calendars, meetings, and travel.
- Handle confidential communications and correspondence.
- Coordinate and assist with investor, board, and partner meetings.
- Streamline operational processes and improve efficiency.
- Manage key projects and ensure deadlines are met.
- Assist in drafting presentations, reports, and documents.
- Act as a liaison between executives and internal / external stakeholders.
- Help keep the company (and our CEO) organized and focused.
