• Having an extensive understanding of cigars, wine, and beer knowledge

Job Duties:

• Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, preparing them efficiently, and building a rapport with clientele
• Handle card and cash transactions, ensuring that all funds in the cash drawer are accounted for by the end of the shift
• Keep an eye on patron intoxication levels and respond appropriately
• Maintaining an environment that is warm and welcoming
• Clean the bar and the surrounding area of spills and other messes as needed
• Other duties as requested

Qualifications
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on providing exceptional service to a diverse clientele
- Proficiency in POS systems, cash handling, and basic math for accurate transactions
- Experience in retail sales, including stocking, product demos, and upselling techniques
- Ability to effectively communicate in English and Spanish to assist bilingual customers
- Familiarity with technology sales, electronics, and wireless products
- Demonstrated organizational skills and time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively
- Previous experience in jewelry sales or technical sales is a plus
- Multilingual proficiency is an advantage, particularly in Spanish
- Knowledge of wine products is beneficial for assisting customers with selections

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 30 per week
