Job Summary
We are seeking a Bridge Engineer to join TYLin's Bridge Sector. This individual will be working with leaders and individually to complete complex bridge design work while mentoring junior engineers on the team.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
- Performing engineering design, analysis and calculations at the Senior Bridge Engineer level.
- Supervises and mentors junior Engineers.
- Conduct all technical analyses, documentation and client relationships following TYLin's quality assurance and quality control processes.
- Actively pursue opportunity for partnerships with other planning and engineering firms in bidding for new contracts.
- Prepare contract budgets and scopes of work.
- Ensure successful completion of projects under his / her direction.
- Ensure proper codes and standards are being used on projects.
- Participate in company strategic planning efforts.
- As a seller-doer, participate in BD activities for pursuit of bridge work opportunities.
- Other assignments as needed.
