Job Summary
Responsible for identifying, generating, promoting, and sustaining business relationships for Landrum & Brown. Serves as project management through daily administration of project staff, workload, budget, schedule, and client deliverables to ensure effective utilization and client satisfaction. Effectively delegates tasks, develops direct reports, builds / maintains motivated teams, and manages project cash flow. Supports Landrum & Brown strategy through hiring, mentoring, developing, training and managing staff. Responsibilities may include : market development, industry eminence, established client relationships, responding to RFP's and project sales and management.

- Interacts with top senior clients to understand client strategy and needs.
- Defines client issues and translates them into a practical project; develops, maintains, and nurtures relationships.
- Establishes trust and rapport by responding with urgency, integrity and pragmatism to client needs, while being cognizant of budget, scope, and other contract requirements.
- Rate negotiations, business planning. The ideal candidate would have previous experience in commercial management at an airport.
