Customer Service Representative

Dar-Tech Inc. is currently searching for a full-time Customer Service Representative to join our team in Cleveland, Ohio! For more than 70 years, Dar-Tech Inc. has been a trusted business partner to both our suppliers and customers in the distribution of specialty chemicals in the Midwest. Our Customer Service Representative will:
- Take orders through websites, over the phone, through fax or by email in a courteous manner
- Enter orders into Chempax (ERP) system promptly and properly
- Prepare all related shipping documents (BOL, COA, SDS, Labels, etc.) for the warehouse staff
- Schedule trucks and obtain proper shipping documents for shipments
- Prepare commercial invoices or other documentation needed for International Orders
- Run invoices and daily registers as needed
- Confirm all Cleveland orders at the end of every day and scan them into the electronic filing cabinet
- Perform customer requests such as regulatory documentation, price quotes, corrective actions, etc.
- Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
- High School diploma (or GED)
- Experience in customer service
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Willingness to learn and train for the position
- Ability to effectively communicate
- Mathematical skills
