- 100% Commission-Based (Agents typically earn $120K annually!)
- Our agents close an average of 2 deals monthly, earning around $6,500 per transaction

Responsibilities
- Complete the PLACE Launch training program
- Regularly use PLACE lead generation systems
- Host two open houses each month
- Turn prospecting and lead generation efforts into appointments
- Join weekly script practice sessions as per team guidelines
- Engage in team activities according to team standards
- Attend weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, training, and Partner Calls
- Advise buyers, secure signed agreements, and help them find homes
- Draft and negotiate offers for your buyers
- Keep track of activities and clients using PLACE Technology
Qualifications
- MUST HAVE REAL ESTATE LICENSE
- Driven and competitive with a passion for sales
- Great at building relationships and understanding what clients need
