What are the responsibilities and job description for the QUALITY AUDITOR position at Darby Day Staffing Inc.?
Requirements :
- Product non-conformance containment
- containment and / or sort non-conforming material
- establish production clean points
- notify production associates quality issues
- record and track all data related to non-conformances
- Assist in the Corrective Action Process (team member)
- Track supplier non-conforming raw material and disposition
- Assist developing / maintaining Quality Work Instructions (QWIs), Gage Work Instructions (GWIs), and Gage Repeatability and Reproducibility (Gage R&Rs).
- Support Quality Engineers with calibration system maintenance.
- Participate in manufacturing product / process audits
