Warehouse Office Clerk :
Is responsible for performing administrative tasks within a warehouse environment, including data entry, record-keeping, processing shipments, handling customer service inquiries, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace, ensuring smooth warehouse operations through accurate documentation and communication.
Key Responsibilities :
- Data Entry- Accurately inputting shipment details, inventory levels, and other relevant data into the warehouse management system (WMS).
- Shipping and Receiving- Verifying incoming shipments against purchase orders, documenting receiving details, and preparing outgoing shipments for delivery.
- Customer Service- Responding to customer inquiries regarding order status, tracking, and resolving issues
- File Management- Maintaining organized filing systems for important documents, invoices, and shipping records.
Required Skills :
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite : Strong skills in Excel, Word, and data entry
Attention to Detail : Ability to maintain accuracy in data entry and inventory management
Organizational Skills : Efficiently managing multiple tasks and maintaining a clean workspace
Communication Skills : Effective verbal and written communication to interact with customers and warehouse staff
Desired Qualifications :
High School Diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a warehouse or office environment
