- CSI and Quality scores above regional average preferred
- Must be proficient in all vehicle maintenance services
- Must be a team player and have the ability to work repetitively on complex tasks
- Must be a minimum of eighteen years of age
- Must have a valid driver’s license and safe driving record
- Must be able to pass pre-employment screening (background)
- Perform work detailed on vehicle repair orders in accordance with manufacturer’s standards
- De-trim, disassemble and repair vehicle with a sense of urgency and attention to detail
- Maintain/assist with identifying, and or, sourcing parts and material
- Meet or exceed the Collision Center's requirement for productivity
- Maintain tools and equipment in a proper state of repair
- Serve as subject matter expert in compliance with all federal, state and local regulations that affect body shop operations, such as hazardous waste disposal, OSHA Right-to-Know, etc
