The Digital Marketing Analyst on the Digital Properties team ensures Darden brands' website and apps reflect agreed upon marketing strategies, offer best-in-class user experience and maximize guest engagement and conversion with the brand while identifying high-converting channel strategies to achieve brands’ strategic goals and visions.
The main objective of the position is to assist in the execution of brand campaigns and enhancements on our web & mobile apps to drive brand awareness and conversions for the Darden portfolio. He/she also interacts closely with individuals at all levels throughout the organization across various functions to make this happen, including external vendor partners, to ensure accurate implementation of marketing initiatives across owned digital guest touch points.

Website and Mobile App Enhancements & Maintenance

Roles And Responsibilities
Website and Mobile App Enhancements & Maintenance
- Works with stakeholders to meet web and mobile app enhancement timelines and deliverables
- QA and validate web and mobile app enhancements to ensure quality guest experience is delivered
- Monitor pipeline of issues to ensure progress towards resolution with team members across the organization
- Monitor web and mobile app enhancement performance and share learnings
- Provide insights, recommendations and test & learn opportunities from website and mobile app analytics, partner feedback and brand fiscal year objectives
- Works closely with Digital Brand Managers on web and mobile app campaign builds
- Manage Basecamp projects and tasks
- Partner with IT on the development of campaign design & requirements
- QA and validate web and mobile app campaigns in lower environment
- Responsible for validating marketing campaign deployments in production across all digital guest touch points
- Minimum 4 years of experience servicing high volume web marketing initiatives
- Minimum 4 years of experience working with web and mobile app
- Solid understanding of web and mobile app design including its limitations, challenges and opportunities (e.g. user experience)
- Analyze opportunities and problems using best practices to drive product prioritization and strategy
- Outstanding client service abilities and partnership skills
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire partners and stakeholders to drive collaboration and alignment
- Available 24/7 to address critical issues that impact restaurant operations
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, digital marketing or a related field required; MBA strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of how web experiences (e.g., desktop sites, mobile sites, mobile apps) fit into the -broader marketing strategies
- Strong familiarity of Analytics (e.g., Omniture, Google, Media tagging / floodlights)
- Strong writing skills - have the ability to interpret information and clearly articulate your insights through multiple forms of written content
- Ability to prioritize and re-prioritize various job activities/tasks, including the ability to problem-solve and multi-task when necessary
- Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
- Organization and time management skills with the ability to organize, plan, and follow-up with tasks
