Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced driver to join our team at Dare Commercial Services. As a commercial landscape property maintenance driver, you will be responsible for driving and maintaining various commercial landscape properties.
This role involves performing tasks such as mowing, edging, trimming, weeding, raking, and planting. You will have a consistent schedule with varying hours from March to November (40-60 hours/week) and December to February (30-40 hours/week).
Responsibilities
- Operate company vehicles while adhering to safety regulations
- Maintain commercial landscape properties by performing necessary tasks such as mowing, edging, trimming, weeding, raking, and planting
Requirements
- Minimum age requirement of 20 years old
- Able to work in various weather conditions
- A valid driver's license is required
- Ability to lift 50 pounds frequently
- Must be able to perform physical tasks such as standing, squatting, sitting, walking, kneeling, bending, and driving for extended periods
