This role involves driving and maintaining various commercial landscape properties, including tasks such as mowing, edging, trimming, weeding, raking, and planting. The job offers a consistent schedule with varying hours from March to November (40-60 hours/week) and December to February (30-40 hours/week).
Key Responsibilities
- Drive and maintain commercial landscape properties safely and efficiently
- Maintain grounds through regular mowing, edging, trimming, weeding, raking, and planting activities
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Must be at least 20 years old and possess a valid driver's license
- Able to work in all weather conditions without compromise
- Possess the ability to lift 50 pounds on a frequent basis
- Able to stand, squat, sit, walk, kneel, bend over, and drive interchangeably for extended periods of time
