Key Ingredients
- Can work weekend (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) - 5:00am - 5:00pm
- Hands-on repair and/or fabrications of plant equipment and machinery
- Preventive maintenance (PM)
- Train and instruct production staff about equipment operation, maintenance and repair
- Inventory monitoring and maintenance
- Maintain work orders
- Work with all Plant personnel
- Special projects
- Prepare reports, analyze data, and make recommendations to solve maintenance related problems
- Ensure that all job tasks are performed in compliance with all food safety and quality management system rules, procedures, policies and guidelines
Recipe for Success
- 3-5 years of experience in the maintenance and/or operation of a process manufacturing facility
- AA Degree, or Certificate in Industrial Mechanics and Maintenance Technology, or other related field preferred
- Welding, electrical, and low voltage certifications preferred
- HVAC certification preferred
- Forklift certification, or ability to obtain it
- Proficient in managing maintenance related projects.
