We are hiring fully licensed clinicians to join our team to provide services in a hybrid capacity across Connecticut. This role includes a combination of telehealth and in-person sessions at our office in New Haven, Connecticut. This role requires afternoon and evening hours at a hybrid capacity.

We are hiring fully licensed clinicians to join our team to provide services in a hybrid capacity across Connecticut. This role includes a combination of telehealth and in-person sessions at our office in New Haven, Connecticut. This role requires afternoon and evening hours at a hybrid capacity.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide hybrid therapy services to our adult clients at our office in New Haven, Connecticut
- Hours: Flexible; required to have afternoon and evening hours
- Meet with clients and/or their families regularly to provide counseling, treatment and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Work collaboratively with our clinical team, including Clinical Psychologists, LCSW, LMFT, LPC,LMHC and Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners.
- Provide complete documentation and records of assessments and treatments according to Darien Wellness policies
- Collaborate with Darien Wellness’s clinical leadership to improve our clinical approach and processes in order to create the best experience for each client
- Licensed to practice psychotherapy or counseling independently - Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Psychologist, Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT).
- 2 years of experience providing therapy via telehealth and in person
- Strong track record of treating anxiety, depression, PTSD, etc.
- Minimum of 32.5 billable hours, weekly as Full Time or Minimum of 20 billable hours, weekly as Part Time
- 40-45 available hours for scheduling as Full Time or Minimum of 25 available hours for scheduling as Part Time
- Must offer hours between 3pm-8pm EDT with the last session ending at 9pm at least 2-3 days out of the week (Full Time) or 1-2 days out of the week (Part Time)
- Enjoys working as part of a multi-disciplinary team
- Bilingual is a plus, but not required

All operational elements are handled by Darien Wellness’ Client Care team, including procurement of clients, contracting, credentialing and billing, and calendar management.
