Darigold is looking for a Junior Trade Execution Specialist.
The Jr. Trade Execution Specialist manages and executes specific Darigold Export/Domestic customer commitments cost effectively. The Trade Execution Specialist actions and behaviors are guided by DARIGOLD core values to consistently support company objectives. What You Will Do:
- Manage and execute physical product flows to meet customer commitments and country requirements from direct customer shipping instructions working with DARIGOLD colleagues and external suppliers: domestic truckload and ocean container export shipments, dry and refrigerated
- Ensure timely, accurate and complete data entry into BSM, OTM and SharePoint for Trade Execution and Trading/Sales visibility and position accuracy
- Ensure compliance with core customer product needs, documentary, and regulatory requirements
- Provide timely updates to customers on their shipment status.
- Perform other duties as assigned by Execution supervisor and/or Trading/Sales team
- Other related duties and responsibilities as assigned
What You Bring:
- 1-2 years logistics or supply chain experience with increasing accountability as an exporter or in affiliated stake holder organizations; specifically handling:
- Ocean container export shipments, dry and refrigerated
- Truckload planning, dispatch and follow up
- Domestic and international intermodal shipments
- INCOTERM Knowledge (Must)
- Dairy industry preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Transportation Management, or International Business
- Transportation Management System
- Export Customs Exposure for AES Filing
