Description
Darigold is seeking a Supply Chain Administration Analyst to join our team. As the Analyst for Supply Chain Audit & Claims, you will be responsible for processing and auditing all Supply Chain invoices efficiently and expeditiously in accordance with Darigold contracts and internal SOPs / polices. A strong emphasis will be placed on driving process improvements and efficiency gains. This role also includes end-to-end management of all freight and warehouse claims processes.
What You Will Do :
- Audit, process, code and enter for approval all various Supply Chain invoices as assigned in related systems
- Investigate and respond to billing issues / inquiries from various Supply Chain providers
- Prepare and analyze data to manage reporting on overall process and status
- Perform root cause analysis on invoice exceptions and proactively work with various Supply Chain providers as assigned to improve exception rates and remove waste
- Perform GL coding to various Supply Chain invoices allowing them to be processed timely
- Develop an understanding of Darigold’s GL coding structure to identify gaps and issues
- Work cross functionally with Accounts Payable, Finance and Supply Chain teams
- Respond to Supply Chain provider payment status inquiries in a timely and accurate manner
- Perform root cause analysis on systemic issues related to invoice processing
- Manage freight claims process for domestic and international shipments
