Event Staff

Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Event Staff to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring that events run smoothly and guests have a memorable experience. As part of our event staff, you will be responsible for various tasks that contribute to the overall success of events, from setup to guest services.

Duties

• Assist with the setup and breakdown of event spaces, including decorations.
• Provide exceptional hospitality and guest services throughout the event, ensuring all attendees feel welcomed and attended to.
• Manage food service operations, including serving food, maintaining cleanliness, and adhering to safety standards.
• Address guest inquiries and resolve any conflicts or issues that may arise during events in a professional manner.
• Collaborate with event management teams to ensure all aspects of the event are executed according to plan.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality or food service is preferred.
• Strong conflict management skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure are essential.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor are required for effective guest interaction.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed for events.

Pay: $22.00 - $29.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 – 20 per week
