- JOB SUMMARYProvides case counseling and case management to clients and their families. Maintains working knowledge of community resources and makes immediate referrals for services as applicable. Prepares case plans and provides supportive services to assist families in meeting case plan objectives. Prepares and files summaries for motions and testifies in court. Provides placement services for children (i.e., prepares child for placement, gather documentation for placement options / alternatives, etc.). Serves as an on-call social service worker (i.e. weekends, holidays, after business hours) to assist in emergency situations. Specific responsibilities will be reviewed at interview.

- EXPERIENCE / CERTIFICATION REQUIRED : Must have a bachelor's degree in human services-related studies OR a bachelor's degree in a related field and have been employed for at least two years in a human services occupation and any combination of education, training, and experience which evidences and advanced knowledge, principles and methodology of social work. Must have a valid driver's license, ability to operate a motor vehicle. Background check required.
- SALARY / BENEFITS$21.54 per hour, additional compensation for afterhours / on-call duties.
