What You’ll Be Doing:
- Operating the forklift like a pro—loading, unloading, and transporting materials with skill and efficiency
- Stacking and storing materials securely, ensuring everything is perfectly organized
- Picking and packing orders with speed and accuracy, using your forklift as your go-to tool
- Performing safety checks on your forklift, staying ahead of maintenance to keep things in top shape
- Following strict safety protocols, because safety always comes first!
- Maintaining a clean and organized warehouse, ensuring a smooth workflow throughout the day
- Collaborating with your team to meet deadlines and hit goals
- Reporting inventory discrepancies and damaged goods to keep things on track
- Taking on additional tasks such as labeling, scanning, and inventory control when needed
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in forklift operation, ideally in a warehouse or industrial setting
- A solid understanding of safety procedures, ensuring a safe environment for you and your team
- The physical ability to lift, move, and maneuver heavy loads
- A keen eye for detail and accuracy in everything you do
- Strong communication skills and a team-player mentality
- Independence, initiative, and a can-do attitude with the ability to follow directions
