Job Title: Lumper (Loading/Unloading Containers)

Location: Charleston, SC

Job Summary:

We are seeking reliable and hardworking Lumpers to assist with loading and unloading containers in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will be physically fit, detail-oriented, and capable of handling heavy lifting while maintaining efficiency and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Load and unload goods from containers, trailers, and trucks efficiently
• Sort, stack, and organize merchandise according to warehouse procedures
• Inspect shipments for damages and report any discrepancies
• Use pallet jacks, dollies, and other equipment as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow safety guidelines to prevent workplace injuries
  
  

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in warehouse or manual labor roles preferred
• Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs or more) and stand for extended periods
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Willingness to work in varying conditions, including hot or cold environments
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
  
  

Schedule & Compensation:

• Monday through Friday
• Work hours will be from 8:30AM - Until the work is completed
• Competitive compensation. Weekly pay, pay could be up to $1,000.00
