Position Summary
DarkStar Intelligence seeks a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to support the Senior Task Manager in coordinating requests and managing all aspects of event planning and execution. This role encompasses scheduling, preparation, and on/off-site meeting execution. Responsibilities include coordinating audio/video and facility support, preparing materials, and managing post-event tasks such as distributing meeting minutes. Ideal candidates will bring relevant experience within the Intelligence Community (IC) and a background in event management.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Assists the Senior Task Manager processing coordination requests
• Supports scheduling, preparing, and executing meetings and events on and off site
• Coordinates audio/video and facility support; prepares slides, and other materials to support meetings and events, as well as supporting close-out activities including disseminating meeting minutes

Minimum Qualifications

• Requires BA/BS and 3 years of experience, or no degree and 9 years of experience.
• TS/SCI w/Poly level clearance is required
• Previous experience scheduling and executing meetings within the IC is preferred
• Previous event management experience is preferred

Salary Range:
$135,000 - $145,000
This pay range is a general guideline and not a guarantee of specific compensation or salary.
