Position Summary
DarkStar Intelligence is seeking highly skilled instructors/training specialists to deliver training to government clients in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This role involves developing, designing, and instructing tailored training programs in multiple areas of operational intelligence with unconventional units and special operations.

Location: Northern Virginia
Schedule (FT/PT): Full-Time
Travel Required: 20-40%
Shift: Day
Remote Type: On-Site/No Remote
Security Clearance: Current TS/SCI

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• Deliver specialized training programs to enhance operational capabilities.
• Develop and update course materials to reflect evolving tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs).
• Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions for various operational units.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and implement improvements as needed.
• Ensure compliance with security protocols, client directives, and training standards.

Minimum Qualifications

• Current TS/SCI
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or equivalent combination of private/military sector training in a related field.
• Minimum five years of operational experience in intelligence and technical operations.
• Familiarity with collection operations, supporting tradecraft, and surveillance tactics, techniques, and procedures.
• Proven experience in course design, curriculum development, and delivering instruction in a formal training environment.
• Ability to develop and execute tailored training programs aligned with specific operational needs.
