Position Summary
DarkStar Intelligence is seeking a highly skilled Comms and Development Training Admin to support a federal government client in McLean, VA. This full-time, on-site role requires a TS/SCI CI Poly clearance.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Instruct modules and facilitate virtual Insider Threat and Operational Security class breakout sessions.
- Update and maintain the Insider Threat and Operational Security curriculum.
- Oversee the administration of government-sponsored Insider Threat and Operational Security training programs, including:
- Managing student registration and communication.
- Setting up virtual classrooms and breakout rooms.
- Establishing and disseminating course calendars.
- Distributing course certificates and conducting post-course surveys.
- Edit and refresh the Insider Threat Competency Resource Guides, including conducting focus groups, designing and distributing surveys, analyzing data, and producing reports.
- Support the Certified Counter Insider Threat Professional (CCITP) Program by participating in bi-weekly meetings, coordinating governance sessions, conveying client interests, and reviewing technical reports.
- Engage in Intelligence Community events, such as the Insider Threat Data Analysis Working Group and the 811 Conference.
- Assist in planning and executing events for National Insider Threat Awareness Month.
- Bachelor’s degree with 3 years of relevant experience or 9 years of experience without a degree.
- Active TS/SCI clearance
- Current CI Polygraph.
- Experience in instructional roles and training administration is preferred.
- Prior experience within the Intelligence Community is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and multitasking capabilities.
$150,000 - $155,000 per year
This pay range is a general guideline and not a guarantee of specific compensation or salary. When extending an offer, DarkStar Intelligence considers various factors, including (but not limited to) the job's responsibilities, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, market data alignment, applicable bargaining agreements (if any), and other relevant laws.
