Program Manager
Position Summary
DarkStar Intelligence seeks a skilled Program Manager to lead critical U.S. Government programs at multiple locations. This full-time, on-site role requires expertise in project management, personnel oversight, and Special Operations experience. The Program Manager will drive the success of impactful, multi-location operations supporting national security missions.

Schedule (FT / PT) : Full-Time

Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage complex programs across multiple locations, ensuring project objectives are achieved within established scope, schedule, and budget.
- Provide leadership in manpower management, including resource planning, team oversight, and preparing detailed personnel status reports.
- Act as the primary liaison for internal and external stakeholders, maintaining effective communication and alignment with program goals.
- Utilize experience within Special Operations or similar U.S. Government agencies to enhance operational efficiency and program outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with organizational, contractual, and security policies while upholding performance standards.
- Prepare and present comprehensive reports and briefings to stakeholders, addressing project progress, challenges, and resolutions.
