Surveillance Exercise Coordinator
Position Summary
DarkStar Intelligence seeks a Surveillance Exercise Coordinator to manage the surveillance and role player support for a Customer program. They manage surveillance performance, scheduling, staffing, and travel. This position entails additional support activities, such as infrastructure and equipment procurement.
Location : Northern Virginia
Schedule (FT / PT) : Full-Time

Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Interviews and hires independent contractor personnel in support of DarkStar Intelligence training programs.
- Manages staffing and scheduling for surveillance role-players in support of training programs.
- Procures and manages infrastructure across the US in support of training programs.
- Oversees and ensures the successful travel of role-player personnel.
- Provides oversight and management of practical exercises in support of instruction training programs.
- Ensures aspects of training course planning and preparation are professional and to the highest standards, to including staffing, classroom preparation, infrastructure management and equipment orders.
- Provides occasional instruction in surveillance operations.
