Primary Duties & Responsibilities
$52,000 - $54,000
This pay range is a general guideline and not a guarantee of specific compensation or salary. Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Monitor and evaluate online media and social networking trends to identify actionable insights
- Develop, prepare, and disseminate analytical summary reports for federal clients
- Contribute to the creation of specialized media and social networking reports tailored to client needs
- Operate and maintain web-based applications and tools used for social media analysis
- Stay informed of emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in the social media/networking domain
- Participate in rotational shift work to ensure 24/7 operational coverage, including weekends, nights, and holidays
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Political Science, International Relations, Intelligence Studies, or related disciplines)
- Proficiency with tools and resources for accessing and analyzing social networking data
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced knowledge of and experience with Microsoft Office applications
- Demonstrated ability to stay current with trends and developments in social media analysis
- Educational or professional background in National or Homeland Security
- At least one year of professional experience using social network tools and platforms
- Experience working in government or military operations centers is a plus
- Familiarity with information-sharing or processing environments
