We are seeking a Senior Partner Program Manager to lead the implementation, and ongoing management of the Darktrace partner program. This is a high-impact opportunity to join a growing org and work across the organization; the successful candidate will collaborate and interface with key internal leaders across Partner Sales, Sales Operations, Marketing, Finance, Legal and others.
We're seeking an execution expert with the ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments. Applicants should have experience managing programs to support and accelerate growth in a diverse partner ecosystem, be strategic thinkers, results-oriented, data-driven and effective communicators.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop program vehicles that will accelerate net-new business growth, through a combination of investments and rewards.
- Architect and implement seller activation initiatives to support partner seller capacity targets.
- Understand the complexities and different needs of channel GTM between different countries and tailor programs to meet those needs.
- Own the design, financial modeling, implementation, and management of our partner program financial incentives.
- Manage all aspects of the global partner incentives and investments program budget.
- Measure the effectiveness of our partner investments and programs, identify areas to improve, enhance and optimize.
- Create policy and process to ensure partner business is exceeding legal and finance compliance requirements.
- Provide direct support to partners for questions on program requirements, benefits, or status of incentive payments.
