- Ensure project delivery on time and within budget.
- Drive consistent design practices and engineering processes.
- System Design and Development:
- Design, develop, and implement control and automation systems.
- Lead the design, configuration, and testing of Control System hardware.
- Develop PLCand SCADA

Technical Expertise:
- Strong knowledge of PLC, DCS, SCADA, and other automation technologies.
- Experience with IEC61850communication systems.
- Knowledge of interlocking principlesin automation systems.
- Project Management:
- Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle, from conception to completion.
- Develop project plans, allocate resources, and manage project budgets.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Ensure projects meet client requirements and industry standards.
- Problem Solving and Innovation:
- Identify and resolve technical issues and challenges.
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation in automation processes.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest automation technologies and trends.
