- Customer Support & Front-End Assistance
- Repair Order & Administrative Support
- Internal Communication & Coordination
- Shop Operations & Organization
- Answering incoming phone calls
- Provide backup support to Team Service Managers
Requirements:
- Proficiency with technology and dealership systems
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Valid driver's license
