Salary: $35.00/hour - 4 days/week
June 2- June 26, 2025 (M - Th)
Responsible To: Summer Enhancement Program Directors

Salary: $35.00/hour - 4 days/week
- Monday - Thursday up to 8 hours/day
- Instructional time windows....Specific instructional session times/teacher work hours to be determined by site directors
June 2- June 26, 2025 (M - Th)
- Summer school instruction will be delivered face to face.
- Must be a teacher certified in early childhood education or elementary education
- Current DCSD employee
- Possess experience working with struggling readers
- Demonstrated and documented success in student growth and achievement
- Qualities of teachers in the Summer Enhancement Program include: motivational, fun, helpful, reliable, flexible, positive, self-directed and self-motivated, interested in working with students struggling with reading, easily adapts to new situations, possess creativity and ability to foster curiosity
