Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various HR functions, scheduling staff members, BCI's, light payroll, and stay in compliance with employment labor laws.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule for 30-50 staff members in a small assisted living facility.
- Recruit employees on
- Assist with payroll processes and ensure accuracy in compensation distribution
- Oversee talent acquisition efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees
- Stay updated on employment labor laws and ensure company compliance
Requirements:
- Proven experience in human resources functions
- Experience in a Health Care setting, will train the right candidate.
- Knowledge of employment labor laws and regulations
- - Strong strategic planning skills for HR initiatives
- Ability to handle affirmative action planning effectively
- Proficient in recruiting techniques
